Dear Dan, Thank you for the email, and would like to add to the phone conversation we had regarding our search for the perfect property in the Charente. We, Philip and I, have never been so well looked after by your partner agents, Olivier, he was so engaging and after the first viewings he knew the type of property we would prefer, hence “I may now have saved the best till last”. From the minute we stepped into the Agency we were greeted with a coffee and a chat about what we were looking for, at that point we were not totally sure, Jan and Griet said they are happy to arrange any viewings and assist through the whole process should we find the perfect property. Over the next few days we felt we had become friends and felt confident that they would do their best for us. All this without the “hard selling tactics” We did view other properties through another agency, but there was such a huge difference in how we were greeted, fair to say their staff could learn some lessons on how to connect and put effort into finding the right property for the customer and be successful.
